An avid outdoorsman that specializes in guiding year round light tackle inshore fishing trips, and professionally guided diving duck hunting adventures on the big waters of the Mississippi Sound, specializing in hunts for redheads, buffleheads, and scaups a.k.a "bluebills".
Also, Brodie is an award winning outdoor writer/photographer with his articles and photography having been published in over 30 different magazines on the state, regional, and national level. Some of those include: Salt Water Sportsman, Wildfowl, Retriever Journal, Waterfowl Hunter, Mississippi Outdoors, Shallow Water Angler, Mississippi Sportsman, Louisiana Sportsman, North Carolina Sportsman, South Carolina Sportsman, Mississippi Woods & Waters, Harold Wells Gulf Coast Fisherman, SEOPA, Mississippi Game & Fish, Louisiana Game & Fish, Texas Game & Fish, Florida Game & Fish, Alabama Game & Fish, Gulf Coast Fisherman, beach blvd, and The Gulf Fishing Magazine.
Plus, Brodie has wrote extensively for The Sun Herald's "South Mississippi Outdoors Monthly" magazine.Generally, Brodie's photography will make the magazines cover shot. Also, Brodie's writing and photography now appears weekly in The Sun Herald's "Sunday Outdoors Edition" (www.sunherald.com/sports/outdoors).
For years Brodie is a member of (SEOPA) Southeastern Outdoor Press Association and (OWAA) Outdoor Writers Association of America, and is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed and insured charter boat captain. His passion is the outdoors, and loves to share his adventures with others, and document it all in photography.
