Thomas Dowling is an Illustration Major at the Maine College of Art in Portland, Maine. Though he experiments with mediums in traditional and digital painting, he is foremost a draftsman creating graphite drawings of fantastical characters and creatures. Dowling's interest in narrative has led to work with video game designs and movies. Constantly accused of thinking too much, when he's not drawing and writing his own stories, he can usually be found researching esoteric facts of history or reading a novel so as to better inform his own work. Dowling is currently working on the creation of his own fantastic world, and is looking forward to seeing the fruits of his efforts.
