Elliot Taylor is what they call me. I was born in Portland, OR on March 26, 1994. Since then I’ve lived in Vancouver, WA for my entire life, it’s so rainy here. After 18 years of enjoying this wonderful place, nothing seems to change. I’m definitely not a person of any specific talents or abilities besides Photography. It may not be an original concept but absolutely love music and I intend to pursue a career involving it. I want to dabble in music for the rest of my life. One thing that you should know about me is that I’m hard headed; it’s hard to convince me otherwise of something I believe.

Growing up I’ve always been taught many beliefs and values to live by. A lot of those have rubbed off on me. Back in elementary and middle school teachers and parents always told me to stay away from drugs, alcohol, etc. And it influenced me in such a way that it has prevented me from doing such things. Even those people who do those kinds of things praise me for not taking that path. Some people would call it being “Straight edge” or some other label. I view it as a life choice and I take a lot of pride in it. I’m also a very down to earth person. Although, that doesn’t mean I don’t have any less of an insane imagination as the next person. It just means that I never stray too far from the logical side of things.

Photography is simply a hobby to me and something that I can use as an artistic outlet. Most of my photography doesn’t have much meaning behind it – which I suppose makes it weaker. I love to express myself in any way I can and photography is a very useful tool for such self expression. Ever since I started it in Freshman year my love and passion for photography has only increased. My mom continues to determine that that is something that I should do for the rest of my career as a profession because she thinks I do it so well and easily.
