Tony is an extremely talented photographer who has a very keen eye for all the beauty and wonders that surround us. His photostream truly conveys his love for nature, and one can clearly see that his heart and soul go into each and every one of his images. His photos are always rich with beautiful color, incredible detail and exceptional quality. What a joy it is to see the various species of animals, and to witness their habits and often comical ways. His photos always leave me with a good feeling and a smile on my face. What I especially love about his photography is HOW he captures his birds. This testimonial is long overdue, as I have been enjoying Tony's magnificent photography for over a year now. His bird shots are sensational. I don't have any idea how he manages to get so many different kinds to pose for him in such perfect environments all year long; He knows how to be in just the right place at the right time. I also like his beautiful landscapes; They're always so crisp and fresh and satisfying. But the thing that got me to contact him early on were his people pictures. Just like with the birds, he manages to be in the right place and hits that shutter with perfect timing. While his sense of timing is something I aspire to acquire, his list of lenses is something I have investigated. Impressed with the sharpness, perspective, and appropriate DOF of his various shots, I've asked him about lenses. His knowledge and experience and reasons for using certain lenses have influenced my purchases (and my wish list). He's got a great eye for seeing beauty around him, and a wonderful sense of composition, and technical expertise to capture his vision to share.
