I am currently a graduate student at Eastern Kentucky University and my area of expertise is wetland ecology.

I am an avid outdoorsman and I have a deep passion and love for our natural world. My main interest is botany and rare plants but I also love amphibians, reptiles, and birds (especially warblers) so I will be posting photos of all of these.

I am an amateur and self-taught photographer who is still learning the ropes of photography. I get a great sense of joy attempting to capture and share with fellow nature lovers the amazing and stunning beauty of all our native flora and fauna.
