My name is Talia Slayton. I am in my second year here at UW BC and I am an English Major with a minor in creative writing. I plan on transferring to Eau Claire at the end of next semester. I hope to someday receive my Ph.D in English and Literature and be an author.

I am taking this class because there is a connection between being able to write something that someone would want to read and being able to create art that people want to see. I am not sure how to explain this connection. It is something in the way both are created.
