關於財團法人國際合作發展基金會

財團法人國際合作發展基金會(國合會)成立於 1996 年，以協助友好或開發中國家經濟、社會、人力資源發展、增進與友好或開發中國家間經濟關係、提供遭受天然災害國家或國際難民人道協助為己任。

為達到上述目的，國合會透過投資與融資，技術合作，人道援助及教育訓練等方式提供援助，在夥伴國家針對其需求進行援助計畫，計畫類型聚焦在農業、公衛醫療、教育、資通訊、環境等領域。

目前國合會駐外技術團、醫療團、投資貿易團等駐外團隊與專案計畫遍布亞 太、亞西、非洲、中南美洲及加勒比海等地區，並派遣專業技術人員、計畫經理等實地執行各項合作計畫。

About the International Cooperationand Development Fund

Since the TaiwanICDF was founded in 1996, we have been dedicated to boosting socio-economic development, enhancing human resources, and promoting economic relations in a range of developing partner countries. We also offer humanitarian assistance and provide aid in the event of natural disasters or international refugee crises.

We offer a range of assistance that centers on four core operations: lending and investment, technical cooperation, humanitarian assistance, and international education and training. Our work is tailored to the local needs of each of our partner countries, with assistance covering a variety of contemporary development issues such as environmental protection, public health and medicine, agriculture, education, and information and communications technology. At present, we operate overseas missions and implement special projects across Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia-Pacific, and West Asia, dispatching technicians and project managers to carry out such operations.
