Opening note: If you recognize yourself in one of my pictures, and you don't want your picture to be shown, please contact me, and I'll take it down.

I used to have a very pretentious text here, outlining what I strive to attain and express with my photography... The truth is that the more I learn, the more I realize that I'm still very far from where I want to be in terms of artistic expression. So, I prefer to just say that I'm learning, and I appreciate everyone's feedback.
Please note that I don't care for sparkly icons and buttons in your replies. I'd much rather read your honest opinion and hints for improvements. I cannot see graphic gimmicks in replies as usable information - they're just there to grab attention without any deeper meaning except for self-promotion. Do yourself a favor, and don't use them - I will delete such answers anyway.
I currently use a Fujifilm X-E3 and an X-T4 with Fuji XF prime lenses (mostly) from 10mm to 150mm for my new passion - street photography.
It's a pity Flickr doesn't allow to fave entire sets - so I'll have to find another way to do this. Here is my collection of others' sets on Flickr that I keep coming back to:
Gwhugley's "Letting the days go by"
Tous les noms sont déjà pris... pfff...'s "M-PEOPLE" set

Timo recently praised my flickr stream wiht a testimonial but as one can easily see from his stream, I have a lot to learn even though I have been shooting professionally for about 35 years including a decade as a newspaper staff photographer. Timo's eye is phenomenal and with his technical background can explain in layman's terms most if not all of the specifics of digital photo technology. But take a close look at his stream. It is great to just roam through his stream and see what he saw. It provides an inspiration to the rest of us!
