I am an avid photographer that is striving to improve my skills while narrowing down what styles of photography I like best. I am on a limited budget, so I do the best I can with what equipment I have. I try to seize every opportunity to capture the beauty I see in the world around me, as that is truly my ultimate goal.

I was handed a camera by my father ( a 110 I believe,..lol ) when I was 11 or 12. We were traveling through the Allegheny mountains and he gave me the opportunity to try to capture the grandness of it all. I'm not sure how many rolls were actually developed, but you can probably guess what they looked like--- all exactly the same!! lol I learned a valuable lesson that day, but I was also hooked on photography. The obsession lay dormant for many years until springing itself upon my mind in full force. :) To this day, I wonder if my father regretted handing me that camera....lol

I enjoy portraiture and nature photography the most I think, but due to the limit of data allowed in my non-pro account I have only a few photos posted. I am also respecting the wishes of some of my models and/ or their parents.

I try my best to capture what it is I see in my world. That's really about all there is to say at this point. Perhaps in the future I will have some philosophical ramblings to hand out, but right now I just want you to appreciate the beauty this world has to offer.
