This photo stream is dedicated to the Stern family of creatives. My Grandfather, Sydney S. Stern was a prolific painter, photographer and graphic illustrator. He worked for the National Biscuit Company, which became Nabisco as a graphic artist for many years.

In addtion to his packages, Sydney is credited with creating original paintings for Animal Crackers, Shredded Wheat, Uneeda Biscuits, Fig Newtons, Oysterettes and the Oreo cookie.
