The Center for Creating Engaged Learning Environments (CELE) is the Title III grant project at Saint Xavier University. Title III Strengthening Institutions Part A. This program helps eligible institutions of higher education, such as SXU, to become self-sufficient and expand their capacity to serve low-income students by providing funds to improve and strengthen the academic quality, institutional management, and fiscal stability of eligible institutions. The grant began in October, 2008 and will end in September 2013. Over the course of the grant 7 staff will be supported all or in part by the grant.
