Founded in 1984 as a swim club in Southeast Michigan, F.A.S.T. has since grown into a group of 225 people devoted to swimming and triathlon. Our goal is to help develop those sports in a friendly, family-style environment. FAST organizes swim practice sessions and local training activities throughout the year.
