i have always admired cake decorators from a far.In Dec 2008 i decided to take a plunge and create a cake for a friend's son's b'day.The cake was very simple but i wanted to do better cakes and so enrolled at my local community college to learn the skills needed and learnt that once u know the techniques to make cakes and sugar flowers you are only limited by your imagination. I am still learning and by sharing my photos and interacting with the flickr community i hope that i can reach my potential.
