I started cake decorating on my own a few days after I got married in 2008.

I am self taught and have worked in a bakeries. I have been decorating cakes for over 4 years. It really is my passion and I'm glad I finally found it. I know I still have a lot to learn but right now I just do the best I can learning on my own.

I attended the Art Institute in Orange County for the Baking and Pastry program for about one year and worked at a few upscale and boutique bakeries in southern California.

Currently I have my own business baking and decorating and am loving life! I operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law which allows bakers to sell from home. This has allowed me to start my business. One day I hope to have my own store. For now my home business really works for me.
