I began working with cakes two years ago when my sister open cakes business.I have never been on training course for decorating cakes in my life and no one ever showed me how to decorate cakes , that's way for me there is no rules for decorating cakes.

My past -I have been working for 17 years as a surgery nurse in operating room.

The cakes I enjoy making the most are sculptured and painted.
