Since a very young age I had a passion for photography.

When I was a baby I was constantly being photographed by my parents and they say that I used to pose only when I had one of those plastic film containers in my hand.

I remember the first time I held my dad's Nikon slr and tried to photograph my parents. Heh..that day I invented the rule of fifths!

As I was growing older I got to know that photography was in my family's blood. My family from my grandfather's side where professional photographers for generations and I used to love listening to my grandfather explain to me how he as a young boy used to help in developing and printing photographs in his uncle's darkroom. Later when my grandfather was a teenager and met my grandmother they made their own darkroom in my grandmother's house where chemical-reactions could happen!

I am trying to do some research right now regarding the history of photography in my family. I'm hoping the diaries my grandfather wrote will shed some light about all this.

Currently I own a Fujifilm FinePix z10fd which is not a 'good' camera but I do find it great for Macro shoots & quick snaps. I just purchased my first DSLR.. the grande Nikon D5000 :D
