I don't remember how I ran into Steve's photographs, but I know I've been enthralled ever since by the passion and knowledge put on display here. I read that he had taken a university course (Steve's not a type to do anything halfway!), and wrote him about it - and it turned out he is as nice a person as his photography implies! I have now had the pleasure of meeting Steve and go for a photo walk with him and it was one of the most inspiring I've ever been on! Eagerly searching the good light, he displayed a willingness to share it that was pure delight... I feel very proud that Steve calls me a friend! Happy birthday, mate :-))
