I have been an artist since I could pick up a pencil, always fascinated by a dreamy space I could enter into, and through this create something new. The camera has been my pencil for many years

For me creating has always held a contemplative, meditative focus enabling me to feel good about myself and my place in the world.

Through exploring various tools and mediums when I studied Fine Art at University, I explored the process of drawing with a camera and how a story can be told.

I believe much of human experience is about The Journey’. As we move through life we see patterns. I see a magic in the ordinary as the world unfolds before me.

The source of my work often evolves from a response to an environment, place or experience. I try to capture something which is fundamental to the human condition and the processes involved through the journey of life

Through a manipulation of light, and form through the lens of my camera and some digital play afterwards, I like to create an image which might offer the viewer an exceptional transition through their perception.

A little bit about my history : I gained a First Class Honours degree in Fine Art through the University of Wales in 2013. Way back, prior to this, I gained a degree in Psychology at the University of St Andrews. I have exhibited works in Galleries throughout the UK and Australia. I have also been awarded prizes and commendations for my work.

All works on this site are for sale. If you are interested in purchasing something, please contact me to discuss size and print media. Photographs can be printed on paper and canvas, or the amazing surfaces of acrylic or aluminum .
