Scientific Understanding and Reason Enrichment is UCSB's only atheist / agnostic / freethought group on campus. Made up of atheists, agnostics, freethinkers, rationalists, secularists, and humanists, among others, we stand for truth and peace in the face of irrationality and superstition.

Not only a center for discussion and the meeting of the minds, we'd like to be a positive influence in our community and on campus by committing to community service and civil engagement, spreading intellectual advancement and showing the best that science, reason, and secular values have to offer.
