Well, my 1st contact here was Bradley (campushero), a fellow doll collector, and I'd like to meet other doll collectors (specially customizers) It's such candy for my eyes to see what some very talented artists do in terms of hairstyles, reroots, repaints, sewing, and even making cast molds of jewelry, shoes, and other accesories.

 

I stick to rerooting, and hairstyling (I can't sew to save my life, and I'm too chicken to try a repaint...I'm afraid I'll just ruin the doll alltogether)

I only collect 3 types of dolls

a) Regular 11 1/2 inch Barbies and Kens (from the late 70's to the late 80's)

b) 18" Supersize Barbies and Christies, and

c) Jem and all her friends

 

P.S. I'm also VERY WILLING To trade BRAND NEW synthetic hair for dolls, shoes, etc.
