The photography community in LA and Chicago is really amazing right now. There has been a big jump in both the creativity and technical understanding of my photography since joining the photo meetup groups. As well as a renewed passion for shooting!

The Meetups are bringing photographers together to share their knowledge and talent, show off their (sometimes weird) cameras and build community. It’s unlikely you’ll find a more knowledgeable group of photographers happy to share the details of an obscure camera. But be warned; this will lead to many late night eBay searches and a closet full of cameras!
