Hey everyone, thank you for taking the time to check out my bio! My name is Suzie and I am a pet photographer based in Toronto🍁Canada.

Although I have always enjoyed having a camera in my hand, I got serious about photography in about 2009, and soon after started my business, Rainfire Photography. I always knew it was dogs and other animals I wanted to photograph, but I enjoy getting outside and photographing almost everything including wildlife, landscape, travel and portraiture. I love to share some of these photos here, with you.

When photographing pets, I always try to capture more than just their cute face. I want to capture their personality. I love to include a favorite place, toy and of course, their favorite human.

My own dogs, Bailey, Trinity, Bandit and more recently, my daughters beautiful little girl Taiga, are my most regular models, with a few guest appearances from the not so happy to pose, Gizmo the cat.

Besides photography, I enjoy many hobbies and crafts and love new adventures. If Im not at work (manager at a busy doggie daycare) you will find me hiking, sewing, building model cars and aircraft, trick training dogs, travelling, reading or doing research on one my many interests. I love both Ford Mustangs and P-51 Mustangs, Autumn colours and spaghetti....I mean, hey, Im Italian :P or at least half.
