I'm a Sino-Khmer guy who grew up in France...I've studied Japanese, Chinese, Cambodian and now work for a famous Japanese video game company in Paris.

Like others, I like to take pictures. Why? Because most of the time they don't need explanation. Pictures can talk for you, show what you see, and how you see it.

It's like literature, you try to tell a story, to create characters, install a scenery, make dialogues made of lines, signs, abstract patterns, colours and sometimes even try to convey emotions. If some people can see and feel it in at least one of my picture, that's enough for me.
