It all started with few encouraging words from my sister and a photography workshop which I attended just to try something new in the year 2006. Back then, I would have never imagined that I would take this hobby as seriously as I do now. But after my first photography workshop, I realized that I had a newfound interest, one that I was devoted to learn with all my zeal.

My first photography workshop was followed by more advanced training courses and numerous personal photography trips. In a short span of time I had experimented with photography in a variety of ways, only to discover that there was more to learn, more to photograph and a long way before professional photography.

In time, my photographs improved and I felt confident enough to have an exhibition to determine what kind of feedback my photographs would receive. The exhibition received a positive response. I followed with two other exhibitions and participations in a number of photography contests creating a niche for myself in the world of photography.

Recently, it has been more difficult to find time for photography with a full-time college and a tight schedule but I try to indulge into photography every time I get a chance. I encourage all who have wished to pursue photography because the most essential lesson that I learned in all my years of photography is that the vision and the concepts of a person combined with experience makes a photographer not the equipment and accessories that the person has.
