Sense of compromise is among photographer's greatest qualities. All is about compromises in the world of photography, the dynamic range, color gradation, and level of distorsion is never on par with the real world; but that's where the photographer interferes. You shoot with P&S compacts, so you have to make tougher compromises, but I could easily say after having reviewed many of your pics that you do the best ones, and show us each time that it's all about the photographer, not the gear.
