Siegfried is an experienced art and street photographer and photography teacher based in Germany . He is a member of the worldwide famous international street photography collective In-Public.
Siegfried` s work have been widely published and exhibited around the world and he is a recipient of numerous awards. He was profiled in two major street photography books published by Thames & Hudson – “Street Photography Now” in 2010 and "100 Great Street Photographs " by Prestel Verlag .. Siegfried`s first book "hold the line" was published in 2015. Siegfrieds was also invited 2017 as a mentor in TV Show " Master of Photography " shown by sky arte.

Siegfried's work is always challenging because it's so clever (and funny, from an intellectual point of view) and able to offer different and quite complex meanings. When you look one of his pictures, you can't simply be satisfied with its always perfect composition, but you can be sure that there's something more. This "more" is the hidden link Siegfried is able to spot between things and people within the frame. In the scene where you see things, he reads relationships, reflections, interactions. He puts all together into a linear sequence and offers it back to you. He just asks your eyes and a bit of brain to make the thing work out.
