My first "real" camera was an old Argus C3 my father had carried with him during his service in the Navy. I still remember carefully saving my weekly allowance to buy a 36 shot roll of Kodak Tri-Ex ($1.44) and get it processed and printed ($1.44). Things have certainly changed since then.

 

I hadn't thought much about photography or done any for many years, but about two years ago, I began doing the photography for my wife's business and last May invested in a Nikon D80, started reading the onlne photography tutorials, scoping other people's pictures on Flickr and elsewhere and began occasionally taking pictures just for the fun of it.
