STONED OWL is an all original contemporary blues rock band out of the small electrified town of HIGHWOOD, ILLINOIS. Formed in 2001and still containing its original members, Pete Cortesi on lead guitar/vocals, Domenic Nerini on drums, Remo P. Morelli on bass/guitar/vocals, and Tom (VInnie) VIncet sound engineer. 2004 Illinois State Fair performance on state fair video archives, recently jammin THE FUEL ROOM (austinsaloon.com), and sharing the evening with The Steepwater Band and GOV'T MULE on FEB 3, 2010 @ The Rave in Milwaukee, WI.

STONED OWL has kept moving forward on down the road. In Sept. of 2010 the band performed THE VIPER ROOM in West Hollywood, California and in September of 2011 STONED OWL performed @ THE ROXY with Grammy Award Winner DAVID LEWIS accompanying the band on keyboards. On into November of 2011, STONED OWL will once again perform at THE RAVE in Milwaukee Wisconsin during an evening with Umphrey's McGee. Cheers !!!
