I've lived in Newton, NC most of my life, at least the first 25 years or so. I've always liked photography and didn't really take it serious or as a hobby until I spent a year in Iraq looking at the incredible sunsets everyday. So I started trying to take "good" pictures and since then I have been more and more intrigued by this hobby.
