Amateur photographer who tries hard not to let poor health and a wheelchair get in the way of taking photos.

When I started I wanted to do wildlife - read furry critters, but it seems birds are becoming my thing and what I tend to take the best shots of (not that my Flickr stream shows them all). Flickr houses most of my SIC (Single in Challenge) images where I use the same lens (but it can be a different body) for a month. This lets me get used to the lens and the see what its strengths and weaknesses are (beyond my own).

When I am not taking birds and critter photos I have two unruly housemates (Oliver and Dodger) and my neighbours have Dylan and Thomas and they are all frequent and often unwilling subjects.
