Drag to set position!
I am an over-the-road truck driver. While driving around the country, I drive by many scenes worthy of being photographed. So, I keep my camera (Fuji Finepix s1000fd) on my dashboard within reach at all times, ready to huriedly snap a photo at a moments notice. When I see the photo op I have to act quickly, grab the camera, turn it on, aim, zoom, and snap the picture before it's too late because I've already driven past it. Thus, I've named my type of photography "quick draw" or "drive by" photography. I am an amateur. VERY amateur! I have no photography training. I have vertually no knowledge of the various settings of the camera, techniques, etc. I do have extensive Photoshop experience, so I am able to improve the appearance of my photos that way. So, I'm hear to learn. I'm reading my cameras manual and getting tips and tricks from this site. I really enjoy taking pictures and would like to know how to do so better.
