Steve is a talent beyond mere mortals ........His ability to capture perfection optically is a gift to those that appreciate talent and beauty in art .......he is so good that he is capable of making you feel you you are right there by the seascape ......as his gauge and understanding of light, colour, real hues of artistic grandeur by having an authentic sense of majesty and beauty .......the viewer of his work gets a sense that they are by water in real life........ as his photography envelopes ...he is a genius ..as he knows how far to take it without overdoing the hues and colours accurately...... as he has real life to guide him ... first hand optics by living by the water all his life ......... Chacune de ses prises de vue inspire le respect, c'est du génie à l'état pure, une maitrise sans défaut du cadrage, de la lumière, de la pose longue, etc... et me renvoie à plus de modestie au regard de mes propres photos et, pour cela Steve, j'ai presque honte de m'abonner à votre site Flicker, mais ce serait me priver de suivre, à l'avenir, vos publications dont la beauté m'éxalte et me boulverse. To say that he is a Shoot artist would be reprehensible. Each of his shots inspires respect, it's pure genius, a flawless mastery of framing, light, long exposure, etc ... and sends me back to more modesty in the eyes of my own photos and, for that Steve, I'm almost ashamed to subscribe to your Flicker site, but that would deprive me of following, in the future, your publications whose beauty excites and upsets me. Steve's images are on of the best HDR creations I have seen.Only a very good photographer can get such a perfect balance between HDR exposure,color, tones and composition in each one of his image like he does.I wasn't a fan of HDR till I came across Steve's photostream,his landscapes shots are breathtaking,He is very skilled and knows how to use technology to get the best image possible,there are too many cartonish looking images out there that give HDR a bad name.Steve's photographs are the perfect example of what HDR images should look like,and they are very beautiful and natural looking.He is not only very talented photographer but a kind,funny,friendly, super nice guy,he always finds the time to visit my photostream and comment on my work, unlike many top photographers out there who only do this if you are one of them.Steve is one of my best contacts here on Flickr and viewing his photostream is always a real pleasure to me,I am very tempted to learn more about HDR processing, thanks to him :o) Thank you Steve for the inspiration and for being such a nice friend best wishes!
