Hi everyone

My name is Steve, Born and bred in Edinburgh Scotland who now lives by the sea in sunny Southend on sea, Essex.

A couple of years ago I decided during a mad moment that I should buy a camera (which would be my first) and have a go at taking photographs mainly when on holiday or trips.

Within a week I had caught the bug and now I find it really hard to put it down. I love capturing moments that could otherwise pass people by. The moments that everyone is there to see. The times when people look out of a window, walk or drive past and say "I could look at that forever" but do nothing about.

I have been away from flickr and my camera for a while due to work commitments and a severe lack of spare time.

I am now back to my old self and have found a new love for photography
