Passionate for photography and its vicissitudes. In my opinion, photography is the art in which the practitioner creates a visual medium that expresses his thoughts through a process of elimination; that is, he choses which elements to include in his composition and disregards the rest as a result. Because of this conscious aspect of selection, photography is a liberating art form and keeps my mind engaged in a state of focus which, likewise, eliminates undesired thoughts and patterns not conducive to cohesive, effective means of communicating ideas. Additionally, the concept of perpetuating and preserving ephemeral moments that escape the eye is of great fascination. Moments that would otherwise be lost to our fragile memories.
