Over the last year I have had the chance to become good friends with Steve, also during this time I have had the oppurtunity to watch his work grow in leaps and bounds. Always willing to take criticism and learn from it, to take his work further, to push himself. If he's not a contact yet, you should make him one, real, damn soon. Because he will surely deliver solid imagery time and time again.

Let's forget, just for a moment, that Steve is one of the nicest humans on Earth. Let's ignore, only briefly, that Steve is fairly new at photography. Let's forget, just for a moment, that Steve is one of the nicest humans on Earth. Let's ignore, only briefly, that Steve is fairly new at photography. We can bypass for the sake of this discussion that Steve is just learning how to use his new gear. Now, take a look at the sheer ***quality*** of this man's work. Watch his growth through 2005 and 2006 on his photostream. See the number of comments, the favorites, the fawning. That is no fluke -- this is the birth of an amazing photographer. We, as viewers, are literally watching the launch of the career of who I feel will be one of the best Photographers you'll ever have the pleasure of viewing. That being said, now add in that Steve would give you the shirt off his back. Now add in that he is simply ***learning*** how to do all of this. And what you're left with is this: One. Amazing. Person. (this is where I tell Steve to keep up the good work, but he doesn't need anyone to tell him that...)
