I have been taking photos for something like 50 years now, starting with a Contax and progressing to Nikon AF when my eyesight went wonky, and now onto mirrorless.

Almost all of these photographs were taken within a 6 mile radius of where I used live which is almost in the middle of England. I now live in Cumbria near the English Lake District. Like most people my photographs reflect what I see on a day to day basis, and that is the English countryside as it gradually comes under increasing threat from this and that. Most of the photos are taken on walks through the local landscape, so what I see you see.

I am slowly removing old photographs and adding new ones. Slowly!
