Stetson University College of Law is Florida's first law school. Located in Tampa Bay, Stetson has been consistently ranked among the top law schools in the nation for advocacy and legal writing.

Stetson has study abroad programs in eight countries and offers the JD, LLM and MJ degrees, as well as dual-degree programs for the JD/MBA, JD/MPH and JD/MD. Stetson has three academic law journals and Centers for Excellence in Advocacy, Elder Law, Higher Education Law and Policy, and International Law.
