Incorporated in the year 1986, Sterling Holiday Resorts (India) Limited was set up with the vision of delivering affordable holidays to middle class Indian families. To achieve this vision, Sterling introduced the concept of Vacation Ownership in India.

In the years since incorporation, Sterling has built a network of 14 resorts in 12 holiday destinations in India, enabling over 100,000 Vacation Ownership members to enjoy annual holidays. In addition, the resorts in the Sterling network also offer vacationers in India the option of staying as a one-time hotel guest.

With experience spanning over 2 decades and expertise that successfully manages 14 resorts across the country, Sterling Holidays offers its guests a world of wonderful holiday experiences.
