I am an American Jpop/Jrock singer. I write all my own original music in Japanese and English. I also cover famous anime songs like Don't say lazy from K-ON as well as famous rock songs like The Beatles Helter Skelter!

In August 2009 I went to Tokyo, Japan for my 4th time to have a MINI TOUR! I have been creating new music with Polo of the Japanese band NIRF and he set up a band for me out in Tokyo with very talented musicians: the drummer Rin-chan & bassist Maru-chan! We performed at Live Inn Rosa in Ikebukuro and Omotesando FAB in Omotesando!

 

I was also contacted by the cosplay/idol bar DEAR STAGE the same venue I performed at in Nov, 08 where I was one of the first Americans to perform at the venue and now they wanted me back for an encore performance in Aug 09.

 

Ms. Yanez is currently having the honor of being a sponsor member where she collaborates with TinierMe and works with the TinierMe Team. TinierMe.com is a Japanese Anime avatar site that has crossed over to the US. Ms. Yanez has met up with them officially at their offices in Tokyo and discussed with their artists the look for her avatar. Her avatar which is called a "SELFY" has been custom made to look exactly like her right down to her hair and face. She is very much involved with the site. I first made my debut at Anime Expo 04 when I won AX IDOL. After winning I recorded Ningyo Hime from Chobits with Geneon and three songs with the Japanese label I'VE at Paramount Studios. Since my debut I have performing all over the states at Anime Conventions, Japanese events, and venues.

 

I have opened up for overseas Japanese artists YOUSEI TEIKOKU and shared the same stage with KOTOKO. And have now opened up for Major Record Label Artist NIKKA COSTA at The COACH HOUSE in San Juan Capistrano!

 

I was also involved with ANIME SELECTS ON COMCAST ON DEMAND as a TOKYO REPORTER! I worked in Japan for a week being filmed doing various assignments at various places. CRAZY SEXY TOKYO was shown on ANIME SELECTS on COMCAST ON DEMAND. Now you can check out the episodes on my youtube channel!

 

I am also currently working on an ONLINE SERIES with CARTOONMOGUL ENTERTAINMENT called ANIME POP. The show is about the popular culture of Japan (music/fashion/anime). Visit the official site to watch ANIME POP.
