Hi. I'm mostly born and bred in London and am now based in Woking, Surrey. I have a range of hobbies and interests that include family, career, sport, cycling and photography.

After flirting with it as a youth, I got back into photography in a big way when I was handed down some really nice film equipment in 2006. It was primarily high end Pentax 35mm, but included a 1920's Sanderson Tropical plate field camera, Weston Master light meters and various accessories.

That started my obsession. I'm now working with film and digital. Given my love of sport, I guess the ultimate gig would be a sports photographer for a broadsheet newspaper. Or following the Tour de France.

I have no plans to try to make a professional career out of this. It would probably spoil the fun. I enjoy achievement, recognition and collaboration. My 'career highlights' to date include:

- Winner, Annual Projected Image competition, Open Class, Woking Photographic Society 2009 and 2010

- Third Place, Open Class Print, Annual Exhibition at Woking Photographic Society 2010

- Woking then-Mayor, Councillor Tina Liddington, selected one of my images for her annual official Christmas card 2010

- Published in Surrey Life Magazine

My immediate goal is to host an exhibition of images taken from the 'River Thames' project. I intend to produce the mounting and framing myself.

Best,
