Stephen Patience is an emerging Wellington-based photographer. He started out with his dad's Agfa film camera some 30 years ago and became the photographer for his college newspaper, The Hillsdene Reflector. His interest in photography grew which led him into his first job in a camera store.

Stephen now uses a range of film and digital SLR cameras combining both film and digital to achieve the best results. He uses a Nikon D200 and a classic Hasselblad camera and collects a few vintage cameras also.

Landscapes, botanicals, documentray and architecture are Stephen's preferred photo styles. His latest achievement was a commissioned portfolio of images on themes relating to the activities of the New Zealand Transport Agency for their corporate reception and meeting rooms. Stephen has also sold his work at an exhibition at Wellington's Rise Cafe.

The photographs in these galleries are for sale by print or digital file and are also available at www.patience.co.nz. Feel free to contact Stephen to negotiate your need.
