I am a passionate self-taught photographer of restored, project and neglected classic cars and trucks who also enjoys the excitement of finding and capturing the unique atmosphere of abandoned buildings and towns, individual and quality street art and overseas destinations in fine detail.

My love of photography began in high school media studies but blossomed when my parents bought me an old school film camera for my twenty first birthday. After belatedly upgrading to a digital camera in 2006, I discovered the magic of high dynamic range (HDR) photography and its ability to more accurately capture a scene … and have been addicted ever since.

My images have been published in numerous magazines including Australian Classic Car and Just Holdens, exhibited prominently at the recent Victorian Hot Rod Show, won awards in national and international photo competitions and been extensively utilised on a variety of websites. I have also presented and taught HDR techniques at photographic workshop events.

I live in Melbourne with my indulgent wife, chatty young son and beloved 1964 EH Holden.

Goolie is an inspiration to me. His ability to look at the same subject I look at and come up with a totally different view never ceases to amaze. Worth visiting if for no other reason than his titles which are always inpired.
