I'm a 22-year-old journalist currently residing in Elk Grove, Calif. I purchased my first DSLR, a Canon EOS Rebel T3, in April 2012. I replaced it with my current camera, a Canon EOS 60D, in Oct. 2012.

Most of my photography has been for the community college newspaper that I am a part of, Cosumnes River College's The Connection. I'm currently a Copy Editor for The Connection; however, I've held multiple editor positions in my time on staff.

My focus has started to shift towards sports photography, however, I love shooting just about anything I get the chance to.
