I have a bad memory, so I take pictures to capture memories.

I'm a magnet for bad cameras. My newest Nikon D750 has been having problems (problems include: trouble processing the images after I take them, not responding to buttons pushed), and it likely had these problems since I bought it, but I let myself be convinced I just wasn't a good enough photographer to know what was going on. My previous camera was the Nikon D7000 (used - from family) was continually need repairs (problems with the mirror motor). I can't keep spending money on repairs, and I don't want to purchase another Nikon, but I've invested money in a couple good Nikon lenses, so at this point I don't know where I stand with keeping up photography as a hobby. I love it, and I want to learn more, but I don't want to invest any more money without getting returns on it. I'm really pissed off with Nikon right now.

I also have a Canon Powershot S110 and an HTC M8 phone. I share my camera phone pictures on Instagram. My knitting pictures are on Ravelry.
