Im a 47 year old Kleinfelters Syndrome XXy Woman. Basically this means Technically I was always more female then male even genetically. Had my reconstructive surgery on 10th May 2013 and married to a wonderful supportive and loving partner. Im a Scottish Woman and I simply love life.
