Thank you for visiting my photostream! I hope you enjoy your stay!

I am an outdoor photographer living in Oklahoma. I love taking day trips to my favorite shooting sites, like the Tallgrass Prairie, but also love traveling to new and unfamiliar territory. Abandoned and forgotten places are tops on my places to shoot list. If I could afford to quit my day job, I would become a travel photographer and share those new destinations with whomever was willing to look at my pictures.

My photo credits include Emu Today & Tomorrow, Hobby Farm Magazine, Country, Outdoor Oklahoma and The Secret Place devotional magazine. I have also had photos published in the annual Muskogee Renaissance Fair book and Book(ed), put out by the BOK Center.

I have also won or placed in numerous photo competitions, including the Tulsa State Fair and Pixoto.

Most recently, I was chosen through Flickr along with 11 other talented Oklahoma photographers to be featured on Oklavision.tv. A great honor to say the least.

This year (2017) I have taken up iPhoneography. It is the camera that I always have with me and doesn't set my arm to tingling when lifting it up past my elbows! I am currently enrolled in the iPhone Photo Academy and iPhone Editing Academy.

This year (2018) I am delving into food photography. I invested in a macro lens for my Nikon and a sturdy tripod. I am loving the creative outlet this genre allows me. I hope you will enjoy my "experiments" too!
