what i love about stepanini* is that she captures mood so beautifully; her interiors are calm and serene, while her exterior shots feel so alive. i don't know how she does it, but her photographs make me feel as if i'm right beside her -- just outside the frame -- listening to music in a crowded square, or sitting in a room lit with quiet, soft light. simply lovely work.
