Stella is one of the most creative and talented persons I am surrounded with. In general, she has a do-attitude: let's do it, let's be crazy. - As for photography, there is hardly anything she cannot do. Don't believe me? Well, you should. Here's why. - By looking at her stream, you will find wonderful portraits, either perfectly put on or impressively candid. - Her landscapes and city silhouettes could just as well be put in a calendar. - Plus, she is really into flowers - she took some of the most beautiful flower shots I have seen so far, and I can say that I have seen a hell lot. - Her way to deal with media, with everyday life, with the things around her is reflected in her photography. She can make a banana or a laptop damn special. - And I would never have thought that there are so many possibilities to picture a heart. While I consider her a real artistic person, unlike many artists, Stella has a really professional way of taking pictures, using light, perspective, focusing - and she kicks ass in postprocessing. Really. 80 % of what I know about Photoshop, she taught me. Her best shots consist of mostly one thing: detail. Be it a broken egg with a tired face, be it all kinds of fruit, be it fingers, a smile, pencils... she has what people call "the eye", a vivid visual conscience of the things around her, and a crazy mind putting stuff in places where it doesn't belong actually, but where it looks fabulous nonetheless. Summing it up, I would say that Stella is one of the few persons I would ever suggest to become a professional, because she is able to use both her creative energy and her technical ability in a freaking harmonic way, without neglecting either of them for the sake of the other.
