Sono nato a Napoli nel 1983 e devo la mia passione per la fotografia a diversi fattori che mi hanno portato nel tempo sempre più ad amarla.

Innanzitutto la mia attitudine all’osservazione, che mi ha sempre portato alla ricerca persino dei più piccoli particolari nelle situazioni di tutti i giorni, nelle cose, nei gesti delle persone o anche solo in un’espressione.

In secondo luogo, grazie alla mia famiglia ho sempre avuto la possibilità di respirare arte. Infatti, sin da piccolo, in casa mia ho potuto assorbire tutto ciò che con sé l’arte porta e ho imparato a percepire il simbolismo, l’emotività e l’estetica in tutto ciò che mi circonda.

Infine, l’ ultimo punto è nella grande potenza che la fotografia ha di veicolare messaggi. Senza dubbio la comunicazione visiva è più diretta, universale e a volte, potente di qualsiasi altra forma di comunicazione.

La fotografia mi permette di coniugare tutto questo e, tramite le immagini, dar libero sfogo alla mia creatività. Che sia un ritratto, un paesaggio o un evento, riesco sempre ad esprimere le mie emozioni, trasformandole in una forma d’arte tramite la macchina fotografica.

I was born in Naples in 1983 and I owe my passion for the photography to several factors which brought me to love it more and more.

First of all my attitude to the observation, which brought me to search even the smallest details in everyday situations, in things, in people gestures or just in an expression.

In second place, thanks to my family I’ve always had the chance to breath art. At home infact, since I was young I could absorb everything that art brings with itself and I learnt to perceive the symbolism, the sensibility and aesthetics in everything around me.

Finally, the last point is the great power that photography has to convey messages. No doubt about the fact that visual communication is more direct, universal and, sometimes, powerful than any other way of communication.

The photography allow me to conjugate all of this and, thanks the images, to release my creativity. Whether a portrait, a landscape or an event, I always succeed in expressing my feelings, transforming them into an art form thanks to the camera.
