If you would like to use any of my images for commercial purposes, just ask. I charge a reasonable commercial rate on a case-by-case basis and sometimes I do not charge at all. It all depends on how I feel about an individual project.

Unauthorized commercial use of my images is prohibited and will be billed at full commercial rates.

Non-commercial use of my images is subject to the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-Share Alike copyright license.

For each and every image in my Flickr photostream, I reserve the right to modify, at my discretion, the applicable Creative Commons license terms. However, no such change will apply retroactively and each previously authorized use will retain authorization under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike license.
